Shunyata Breathwork Meditation (SBM) is a structured meditation practise that make you experience your inner bliss while running in the madness of the outer world. This intensive program will guide you with the techniques of meditation, helping you tap into a world of silence, stillness and calm. With ancient eastern wisdom at the core of our teachings, you’ll learn how to cultivate a sense of calm, even in the busiest, craziest or the most chaotic moments of the day.

We strongly suggest that you attend all live sessions, learn and practice with the instructor. In case you miss a session for some reason, we share the session recording for you to watch and come prepared for the next live session.

The practice will be a structured practice that you can do it on your own without any external support but we still offer community support to strengthen your practice.
It is based on the ancient knowledge of Yoga Sutra and Modern Knowledge of Breathwork to suit the modern mind.
To take the maximum benefit from the practice, we recommend you to do the complete practice of 25 minutes everyday
