Words belong to the mind, Sounds belong to the nature, Silence belong to the beyond.
Shoonya is often misunderstood as nothingness or emptiness, but it’s actually about experiencing a state of transparency and pure awareness. It’s about being able to see and experience life without any filters or distortions, much like a body of water that’s completely still and transparent. Though the water has traveled so much distance, the water doesn’t lose its authentic nature.

Shunyata Breathwork Meditation (SBM) is a structured meditation practise that make you experience your inner bliss while running in the madness of the outer world. This intensive program will guide you with the techniques of meditation, helping you tap into a world of silence, stillness and calm. With ancient eastern wisdom at the core of our teachings, you’ll learn how to cultivate a sense of calm, even in the busiest, craziest or the most chaotic moments of the day.

All course classes are held via Zoom, so they’re super easy to join with your laptop, your tablet or your phone. You’ll receive a link to join once you complete your registration.

Yes, You can attend both sessions. The evening sessions are for those who can not join the morning sessions or miss any of the morning sessions. 

IST Time zone is India Standard Time (IST) which is 5:30 hours ahead of 

Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

In case both 6 AM IST and 6 PM IST do not work for you, you can complete the course through recorded sessions. You will be given one session as per your time zone with the facilitator to help you with your queries. You can fill out the form and complete your payment as other participants.

Yes, once you enroll, you become part of the Happiitude community, and you will be invited to monthly practice correction sessions. You will also be invited to many other special meetups hosted by Happiitude.

We strongly suggest that you attend all live sessions, learn and practice with the instructor. In case you miss a session for some reason, we share the session recording for you to watch and come prepared for the next live session.


Yes, once you enroll, you become part of the Happiitude community,  you are welcome to connect with teachers and be a part of our journey through monthly check in and other meets hosted by the team at Happiitude.

Absolutely yes. This is a unique technique where we hand hold you and take you through the process step by step. Its equally beneficial for beginners and people who already are meditators.

It is recommended to sit on the floor for meditation but for any physical reasons you can’t, you can sit on a chair as well.

The practice will be a structured practice that you can do it on your own without any external support but we still offer community support to strengthen your practice.

It is based on the ancient knowledge of Yoga Sutra and Modern Knowledge of Breathwork to suit the modern mind.

To take the maximum benefit from the practice, we recommend you to do the complete practice of 25 minutes everyday
