Once we fill ourselves with Gratitude, it’s time to drop some baggage. It’s time to let ourselves feel free from the regret, guilt and disappointment of the past to create a flourishing future. This most relieving activity, meditation and practice will set you free and give you a sense of peace.
If life’s seriousness weighs you down, it’s time to sprinkle some playfulness into your day. Rediscover the joy of playfulness and see the world through a lens of wonder and amusement. Let go, laugh, and lighten up as you learn to dance with life’s moments.
Find yourself pausing too long at life’s crossroads? Day 2 invites you to say “Yes” to life’s offerings. It’s about overcoming hesitations and opening doors to opportunities, welcoming abundance with open arms. So get ready to rid off your procrastination.
Experience the transformative power of love that knows no bounds. Day 3 is to learn ways to to let love overflow, turning everyday experiences into magical moments. Today’s activities & meditation are designed to cultivate a heart that embraces all, spreading love effortlessly.
Every journey has a beginning and an end but for most people, completion is very difficult part. Day 7 symbolizes the completion of your transformative week, reminding you of the importance of finishing what you start. It’s a celebration of your dedication and the steps you’ve taken towards a more joyful life.

No prior experience is required. The ‘Back to Joy’ program is designed for everyone, regardless of their experience level with meditation or personal development.

Absolutely! The program is designed to accommodate participants from various time zones. If you can’t attend Live Q&A sessions, you will get recordings of the sessions.
