Every mindfulness practice is helpful. And there is no doubt that each individual is capable to derive the benefits of mindfulness if approached in an authentic way. This course primarily focuses on changing the notion of “Mindfulness as a 15-minute morning practice“ to “Mindfulness as a natural state of being”. The intention is to help people feel equipped in a way that mindfulness gets extended from mere “living room practice” to everyday pursuit of life, which includes their relationships, business and lifestyle. The program takes a 3-dimensional approach to help people harmonize at the Atmasthiti level (Higher Vision and Meaning), Manosthiti level(Internal mental and emotional environment) and Paristhiti level (External Situation and circumstances).

The intention is to help our students take maximum benefit from the program. Students are allowed to customize, and print the materials for both personal and professional use to meet their needs. We also encourage our students to include their own logo and branding. The course is designed to be delivered in offline and online sessions which can vary from 2 hours to 8 sessions.

Students do not have the permission to resell whole or any part of the package content as it is, online or offline.

This course is designed as a standalone program and will provide you with the content and tools needed to support your individual and group programs immediately. Continuous learning is advised, but not necessary.
